That when we invade small countries
For the alleged purpose of saving democracy,
No one would take us seriously,
Apart, of course, from a British prime minister.
I have a dream
That a leader in the White House,
Who backs the world's biggest butchers
From China and Cambodia to the Americas,
To defend the buck he holds most dear,
Will talk of life and liberty under God
With hand on heart,
And will keep a straight face.
Well, we can all dream...
