Phil -
its dead easy to put pictures on the web and show in blogger - please, please, please will you give me an hour of your time to show you how to do this! If you do it - then so will Siobhan and this site will take off and and I can enter it for the Guardian Blogger competition - there is no such other Family blogger web site - they do not exist like ours for obvious reasons! So I will win.
Any way it has just taken me 10 mins to put this picture on here - the first time it will take you maybe 20 mins as you have to "set up an account" but after that its only 5-10 mins to add a picture. so easy even girlies like Annmarie could do this !
So you can stop worrying about hassling me and you can put all the pics you send me on yourself! I will send you a step by step guide if you will you have a go?
(I have no printer at the moment)

In case you were all wondering why Tom was is a sulk with Siobhan a few
weeks ago I have found out from a reliable source (nudge nudge wink wink). Which must be
retold here - an ideal use of the blogger.
A few weeks ago now before MacYankee went of golfing he and Shiv were having
some problems at home and were giving each other the silent treatment all
day. (She never tried this method on us). At the end of the day both still
sulking - Tom realised that he would need Shiv to wake him at 5:00 AM for an
early morning business flight. Not wanting to be the first to break the
silence (AND LOSE- we know what a competitive guy he is ) , he wrote on a
piece of paper, "Shiv please wake me at 5:00 AM".
The next morning Tom woke up, only to discover it was 6:00 AM and that he
was late if not going to miss his flight. He was furious (Mad Yankee?)and
he was about to see why Shiv hadn't woken him when he noticed a piece of
paper by the side of the bed near his pillow.
The paper said, "Tom it is 5:00 AM. Wake up."

Thanks all my for my birthday greetings!
I am in Margate now with Rizwana. I came down on Wednesday and will go home on Sunday. So I have not yet got my present Shiv. where did you send it to? I had an unusual birthday out - joining Rizwana on her department night out as guest of honour . So I had to have a Thai curry meal, a drink and have al laugh with 12 top looking speech therapists! (All girls) They had a cake for me and sang happy birthday.
I have been relaxing here while Rizwana was at work - jogging , walking on the beach and reading my paper and lunching in the now quiet cafes on the front. Then in the afternoon on the PC and a read and nap. I could get use to this.
Its is very nice here, Rizwanas flat is on the sea by the old royal sea bathing hospital. We can walk on the beach and even go for a swim if I get the urge, which I haven't yet. There are amusements and rides here which I have yet to descend on. I may bring some young ones down here to help us explore these areas.
Its Sat morning now and we are off to walk on the beach away from the town centre and have lunch on the sea front watching the surfers and sailors then maybe the gym this afternoon . We are off to explore Canterbury this evening
so I am having a great time, its nice and warm which maybe just the weather or the Margate climate.

Hello bloggers
I have not been on for a while so here a some pictures to lighten your day - anyone can add a web link to this post - if you want to know just ask me
I am sill up in the air at work as they now want me for a few more months so I have 3 choices
1, Leave next month
2, leave and return as a contractor for twice the money but only working 2-3 days
3, Join the web team and get some good training but only have this position until Sept /October or until they can finally get rid of the old systems
I am probably going to go for option 3 as I still get my pay off but in a few more months and in the meantime get some new web development work.
I am spending today off work supposedly looking at the job market but in reality sleeping in, eating with mater and pater, playing on my laptop, and going pick the boys up and off to see star wars in 1 hour!
so have a good week

Ok ok so I got it wrong for once. Well it is only because he was paid off. He quite obviously could have dismantled that big girl Lewis had he wanted to but for some reason decided to go easy on him. Probably looking for a big pay day on the rematch. I reckon he will take Lewis inside the first five rounds on the rematch - you just wait and see. I have just caught up with you Bloggers.
It is nearly 12.00. me and vic have just returned from the film " about a boy" all about the nighmare scenario of being a teenage boy with a hippy single depressed mum with only Hugh Grant to turn to for advice. Based on Nick Hornby's book - he who wrote "Fever Pitch" the Arsenal obsessive one. It just makes you thankful your'e not a middle aged depressed female of the species. Nothing that a few months in Ethiopia with no food wouldn't put right - or even a short stint on the side of a rock with me holding the rope - remember that one shiv- the first and only time you ever told your big brother to F*** O** . Quite irrational I thought at the time when all I was doing was a subtle combination of encouragement and motivating.
Frank was left in charge and I have just sent him to bed because we are getting up three hours to go and wake tom H up to watch Mr Tyson and Mr Lewis break each other bones. Victoria thinks I am sick and sad to want to watch a nut case trying to kill someone. I think that he should be banned but as long as he is not and as long as someone is prepared to box him I feel compelled to witness it. All the boxers I know think Tyson will win ( including a few old well past it has beens like Mikey-did he tell you all about the good whipping I gave him!) . Tyson is only 2 LB over the weight he was when he was 22. Incredible condition for a 35 year old with his history. But quite insane. Will he wrap himself in the US flag if he wins. Do the Yanks want him Mcyankee?. If so why?
My prediction is that Tyson will win inside the first 5 rounds but if he does not then Lewis may get the better of him in the later rounds - in the unlikely event that he lasts that long. Is this the UK V the US or Canada V some god forsaken part of the Bronx that the Yanks wish he would crawl back to. It is strange how boxing can produce one of the finest example to the American black in Ali and the worse in Tyson.

Shiv tell Tom not to go around telling people he has been bummed in Yorkshire or he will get quite a few reactions of the George Michael kind
Carin - I have organised a gardener to come next month to see you as we discussed, It will be lovely in the summer sun when you and the kids can play out. Especially since we took the fence down so Erin will have twice the room to play in as next doors in now a lot more accessible. The only problem is their dogs can roam into our half now but they are well behaved, Phil and Paula say they get on very well with Kids but have mentioned the smaller one does not like having it's tail pulled.
I thought you should tell Erin this but thinking again if she is anything like her dad or Conor this will be like a red rag to a bull and she will do it any way. We will just have to see what happens

I am a lot better today - managed to sleep for a bit last night

I talked to Dr Harrington this morning and she said go and see a doctor - I said I did not want to as most of them were a waste of time.
So she said to take Brian's inhaler and hey presto it works

Yes Its 1.15 am and I am typing away listening to the Wacky Woodhaven Wavers new album - the songs and singer are great and the Buddy Holly guitarist is not bad
I have eventually got the songs downloaded from the internet and copied to CD so I can listen to Siobhan's singing and Toms playing anytime
I will be playing them on my way to work tomorrow and to anyone who gets into my car!

A good night was had in York - starting with a ghost ride on a river boat with a scary story teller re telling some of the strange but true stories of Yorks haunted past.
He suffered a lot of heckling from Jack' gang but perceived until the end - to see Jack flashing him have a look at the picture on snap fish -
York Tour with Jack or have a look at the fight club pictures - Fight club
Brian has of course got me confused with Tolly and conveniently forgotten his misdemeanours
The funniest was Brian nearly being chucked out the night club by the bouncer for hassling the poor menial ticket girl - - I blame myself for stirring his aggressive nature early on in the day at the boxing club. the only reason he did not come to blows and save himself another beating was by pleading he was a solicitor at Dennis and Till, the burly bouncer seemed to recognise this company probably from many appearances in court on GBH - thankfully D & T must have defended him successfully on his last trial as he relented and let Brian back in! Phil was missed but it's a good job he was not here to defend Brian!!
Jack behaviour was impeccable - he looked to silly earlier on in the evening to cause any bother and was too inebriated later on to do anything but hug his mates, fondle his breasts, feel tired and go to sleep outside the B & B on the owners car bonnet while Frank banged on locked doors in vain to get in. Luckily I found Jason (who had the key) wandering the streets of York totally lost and having no idea of where he was staying. So I saved the day and stuck him is a taxi and sent him off to join Jack on the car bonnet
The only stripping that went on was Jack wearing some old knickers on his head.

We have just got back from the jack stag do. We are under strict instructions not to let Anne Marie see the photo's. Mike says its ok to say this on the web site because Anne Marie hasn't figured out how to join or view it yet. Apparently Jack can't remember anything after 10.30 - which is so very convenient .... but probably for the best. It was such a pity we didn't have young McMahon along as he would have found the cultural and historic angle on the drunken tour of York with Jack wearing a Viking helmet frilly knickers and a pair of enormous breasts quite educating. We lost Mikey somewhere in the night club. We left him dancing with some blonde who had him trapped in a corner. We thought it was for the best. He did turn up several hours later with some story about having gone to eat with Jason and some of the other lads --- likely story. More gory details as they come back to me.

What a great idea - we can all see you latest thoughts and ideas. Live updates of the latest news from HH. And it is so easy to add comments to even Annmarie will be able to join in!
I had a good visit yesterday to the local boxing club run by Keith Tate - near the Black Bull pub in cleckheaton where we use to go to a lot in our younger days. Brian tried to re-live his lost youth on the punch bags and in the ring on the pads. He looks good for 30 seconds and then follows the George Forman style of boxing - looking fat , flustered and exhausted. He was was entertaining though especially when Keith pounded the medicine ball on to his stomach in an effort to convert the fat to muscle - a task even the most successful Alchemist would balk at!
I enjoyed the training and intend to go a few more times to get fit. We can all bring Tom M. in July!
