A web site dedicated to Tom Harrington's family containing news, gossip and tales of the unexpected. Fun for all. If everone adds a few lines of news and information - others will look at this site and it will spiral into a web log of the Harringtons! It is so easy to add comments even I can do it. Tom

I have had a fantastic time in Roundhill - many thanks to Tom, Siobhan, Mum and Dad , Jack and Annmarie and Rizwana for making this all possible.

It’s like living on a heath farm - with country roads to bike and jog, hot sunny weather to tempt you outside and rivers and hills to explore, wildlife galore to investigate, top quality local gyms and outdoor swimming pools to splash around in.

Excellent hosts who wine and dine you and Kildea to entertain you

well worth a visit!

the local festival on Friday had a pie eating contest!

followed by box car derby car racing - the boys would love it

Michael, as you're having such a great time, why don't you extend your trip - at least until your curls grow back!

Otherwise, love the pix
lots of love to y'all

Michael, Tom and Siobhan in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia!

this is what we sing togeather around the camp fire at night.

Download the song on MP3

The Trail of the Lonesome Pine

On a mountain in Virginia, stands a lonesome pine.
Just below is the cabin home of a little girl of mine.
Her name is June and very, very soon, she'll belong to me.
For I know she's waiting there for me, 'Neath that lone pine tree.

In the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia,
On the Trail of the Lonesome Pine.
In the pale moonshine, our hearts entwine,
Where she carved her name and I carved mine,
Oh June, like the mountains I'm blue.
Like the pine, I am lonesome for you.
In the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia,
On the Trail of the Lonesome Pine
